Entrepreneur in Residence Program
For those participating in the Business Plan Competition, there is a secondary route to success. High scoring business plans receive a myriad of incentives (see competition flyer). A solid business plan which needs extra time, guidance or training, can qualify an entrepreneur for the In Residence program. Currently in Residence at City Central is Sunny Creek Trading Post, the runner up from the 2024 Business Plan Competition. As an In Residence business, owner/entrepreneur Liz Threlkeld received a lower lease rate for retail space, marketing and customer recruitment guidance and advertising resources totaling $10,000 (in kind). For more information on this program, please contact Kat.
