The Local In-Person Work Incentive supports employers recruiting talent from more than 45 miles away with a base salary of at least $42,500.
We also offer a Remote Work Program for individuals who can bring their remote jobs with them and become part of the Ponca City community right away! Incentives and qualifications vary by program. Accepted remote workers are invited to experience Ponca City during Rodeo Weekend in June!
