Oklahoma (ULC)
The University Learning Center of Northern Oklahoma (ULC) brings college degree programs from other institutions to Ponca City. ULC provides Bachelor and higher degrees from accredited universities such as Oklahoma State University, the University of Oklahoma, and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Currently, 42 degree programs are available from 11 different accredited institutions and students may choose from over 500 courses per semester.
Some program highlights include the fast-track Masters in Educational Administration delivered by Southwestern Oklahoma State University that can be completed in one year. Also popular is the Bachelors in Business Administration offered by Northwestern Oklahoma State University. A wide variety of online degree programs are also available from Security Management to Not-for-Profit Management to an RN to BSN Bachelors in Nursing degree.
